PARQUE LOGÍSTICO PANAMA

It is a 46-hectare development that serves as an Industrial Park and Free Zone in Panama, with land lots for sale or long-term lease for Built to Suit (BTS) of warehouses, galleys or industrial warehouses.

Industrial Park

The industrial park has 18.5 hectares for the development of companies that aim to address the national market in different industries. 

Free Zone

Special economic zone with 14.5 hectares of land lots where companies can benefit from tax, migratory and labor incentives that are established in the Law of Free Economic Zones in Panama.

Built to suit (BTS)

PLP, as part of its added value, offers land lots for sale or long term leasing with the option of Built to Suit (BTS) of warehouses, galleys or industrial buildings according to the needs and requirements of each company.
